I have a question that has been bothering me for, well, the past 15 minutes. The question is:
On Halloween, what do Demigods dress up as?
I was thinking this because we were looking at Halloween costumes. I think the obvious choice would be to go as an ancient Greek warrior cause they could just wear their armor and carry their swords.
But what about the Mist?
I would think that since all the mortals are in costumes, you would be able to see the swords and stuff. The Mist would be pointless since the mortals would just think it's part of a costume. If I were Percy, or Annabeth, or Jason, or any of the other demigods, I would wear my armor and weapons as a "costume."
And the good news is if any monsters attacked, you could stay in character and kill it, and the mortals would just think it's some elaborate Halloween trick.

My Birthday
It's finally back!! Every kids 2nd favorite day of the year (behind Christmas), my birthday is here!!!! On this day, I am officially 14 years old. Is it just me, or do you feel like you wait longer than a year for your birthday to come around again? This year, I spent my birthday watching my favorite sport (football), spending time with my family and hanging with friends.
It's a tradition in my family that on your birthday, you get to pick what the entire family has for dinner. This year, I chose Mac' n Cheese (the good kind), roasted bell peppers and homemade meatballs. It was really good. Too bad I had to share it with my family.
For my birthday, I received:
Just Dance 3
Big Time Rush: 24/7
A Football Jersey
The first 6 books in the H.I.V.E. Series
Titan's Curse Book-on-Tape
Battle of the Labyrinth Book-on-Tape
Teen Beach Movie
An Emotion-a-Day Calendar
That was my birthday.
BTW, it was yesterday. Not today.

Sea of Monsters Movie
WARNING!!!!! MAJOR SPOILER ALERT!!!!
I saw the Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the Sea of Monsters movie yesterday. Here are some things you should know before you go see it. I'm also going to compare the movie to the book.
1. You have to walk into the movie with an open mind. If you go in there expecting it to be exactly like the book, not only are you going to be disappointed, but you are going to miss out on a decent movie.
2. If you've seen the trailer for the movie, you know Leven Rambin (who also plays Glimmer in the Hunger Games) is Clarisse. I'm here to say although I was skeptical at first of her being picked for this role, she was amazing as Clarisse.
3. If you haven't seen the first movie, don't bother going to see this one. But if you just have to see this movie, see the Lightning Thief first. Buy it, rent it, borrow it from a friend.
4. This movie is extremely funny. We laughed during almost every scene. This movie represents the humor from the books. It's nothing drastic, but the little lines they put in the script make this really funny.
5. It wasn't very smooth. What I mean is, one second it's all dark and gloomy and Percy is handing the Fleece to Clarisse at CirceLand and the next second Chiron is handing it to her at Camp, and it's all cheery and bright.
6. They took out the part with Circe turning Percy into a guinea pig. So if all you want is to see that part, don't go to the movie.
7. At the beginning of the movie it shows Luke, Annabeth, Grover and Thalia running towards Camp. This is kinda minor, but it's important to me. Annabeth is the same age as Thalia and Luke.
8. Percy is told the Great Prophecy in this movie. And they changed it. It is now:
A child of the Eldest Gods
Shall reach twenty against all odds.
And see the world in endless sleep.
The evil soul, cursed blade shall reap.
A single choice shall end his days.
Olympus, to preserve or raze.
See the difference?
9. In this movie, they mention Chris and Ethan, though Ethan doesn't have an eye patch. Also mentioned is Silena Beauregard, though what really bugged me is she is mentioned with Chris and Ethan on Luke's ship. Even though she was the spy, she WASN'T part of Luke's rebel gang of demigods.
10. Luke's ship the Andromeda, not the Princess Andromeda like in the book, is a yacht not a cruise ship, therefor it is much, much, MUCH smaller than the Princess Andromeda.
11. The book is still better than the movie, but it was a good movie. I'm going to see it again in theatres, then be one of the first to buy it.
Looking back, I guess it wasn't that huge a Spoiler Alert after all. I wanted there to be plenty of surprises. Overall, this was a great movie that I would love to see again and one day own. So, demigods, what are you waiting for? Go and see this movie.

Great News!!
Hey, y'all!
I have the most amazing news ever since the creation of Gaea.
(Drum roll Please!)
Okay, here's the news:
Percy Jackson survives Tartarus. I'm not sure about Annabeth, but Percy would not leave that place without her.
How do I know this?
Well in SoS (Son of Sobek), Carter says
He looked a little older than me— maybe seventeen—with tousled black hair and sea-green eyes. What really caught my attention was his sword— a straight double-edged blade glowing with faint bronze light.
"Maybe seventeen"? At the end of MoA, he was only 16!
If that's not good enough for you, there's also the fact that the SoS takes place one year after SS (Serpent's Shadow).
Now, if we assume that the Heroes of Olympus and Kane Chronicles series are on the same timeline, (for example: Lost Hero and Red Pyramid both happened around the same Christmas holiday) we know that Percy has to survive.
I remembered El Paso, the winter before last, when my sister and I had been attacked by the crocodile god Sobek.
And in the sneak peak of HoH that came with the Kindle version of SoS (which is worth getting a Kindle just to read it) Hazel, who narrates first says:
Hazel took a deep breath. Percy and Annabeth were still alive. She knew that in her heart.
Hazel's smart and a child of Hades. So if she says Percabeth are alive, well,
THEY'RE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!:) :) :)
And even if all of my research is invalid (which it's not),
PERCY JACKSON STILL HAS TO SURVIVE!!!!!! NOT AN OPTION!!!

Ships
Now, there are a lot of PJO and HoO relationship names out there. I got a list of some and here you go. If you have a better version of any of these names, tell me in the comments and I'll add it. Or if you have one I forgot, put in the comments and I'll think about it. But please don't put your name, for example: Alice + Jason Grace = Jalice.
Percy Jackson + Annabeth Chase = Percabeth (everyone's OTP!!)
Jason Grace + Piper McLean = Jasper
Frank Zhang + Hazel Levesque = Frazel
Leo Valdez + Reyna = Leyna. Most people don't get this ship, but it's the pairing I want for Leo.
Nico di Angelo + Thalia Grace = Thalico. I absolutely HATE this ship, not just because I'm in love with Nico, but because Thaila's a huntress. She couldn't date Nico even if she wanted to.
Luke Castellan + Annabeth Chase = Lukabeth
Percy Jackson + Rachel Elizabeth Dare = Perachel
Grover Underwood + Juniper = Juniver
Dakota + Hylla = Dakylla. I don't get this one. They have barely meet, for Pete's sake!
Travis Stoll + Katie Gardner = Tratie
Tyson + Ella = Tella
Charles Beckendorf + Silena Beauregard = Beckilena
Clarisse La Rue + Chris Rodriguez = I don't have one! Their names are almost impossible to combine!

Nico
Now, I know there are a lot of girls out there, who claim they love Nico di Angelo.
But I just want to set the record straight and say, I love him more!!!! I've been in love with him since he asked Percy if he was good at surfing. And I was really devastated when I found out he was trapped in a jar, dying a little bit each day and BARELY surviving.
So, just so you all know what I'm talking about: You know how much Percabeth love each other? You know, so in love they are willing to fall into Tartarus for each other?
That's how much I love Nico.
So will everyone please STOP saying they love Nico, cause you all got NOTHING on how much I love him. Horrible profile picture and all.
